The principle of implementation

 The beginning of work with humanity (in our era) was laid through Blavatsky. Later - through the Theosophical Society principles given by the Masters. Equality, brotherhood and comprehension of the inner human nature were embodied in Soviet Russia. Russia received the Atmic Ladder joined by many Jews: revolutionaries, cultural and scientific workers. Then, in the Great Patriotic War, they gave the greatest percentage of the heroes of the Soviet Union. That is, the energies of the Atma circled up the Jewish power into the Ring.¹¹⁰

And it is not by chance that the Jews after dispersal migrated through all nations. They carried the energy level inherent in each ethnos to its fullness by implanting the mental element into it - the element which they had developed in the previous solar cycle. Somewhere they fixed the zone of the lower concrete mind, somewhere the initial levels of the soul (the causal body). And it seems to me that in Russia they connected the people with the plane of the higher abstract mind. Do you remember: "The flame of our soul and the banner of our country we will carry through the worlds and the centuries!" [A part of the soviet song.] Therefore we put the highest energy achievement of communist Russia on the level of the sacrifice petals in the causal lotus,⁷* - which is the First Aspect of Manas. The highest subplane of the mental plane was involved, the level of the manasic permanent atoms which is directly related to the plane of Buddhi and the Monad through the great Antahkarana⁸* going through the entire Spiritual Triad (the highest manifestation of the principle of consciousness). And then the life principle of the nation should be transferred to the next plane, that of the Fourth Cosmic Ether (Buddhi). The etheric planes, both the higher and the lower, express the principle of the Being. That’s why, if even the highest and the most developed consciousness does not accept the reality of this higher Being it is doomed to fall after the "take-off" into the beingness of the dense physical ethers. In this way, the ideologists of communism, who had not accepted the reality of the Spiritual Hierarchy as the source of the Communist idea, overthrew the country into a barbarous capitalism. And Mamo-Chohans⁹*, who inspire the Orthodox churches, contributed to it a lot.

Djwhal Khul says on this subject that Russia is governed by the Third Ray, that is, by the manasic principle. As already mentioned, the animal soul (Manas) is always inclined to "fly" to a high goal while retaining its old foundation (kundalini). Which is namely atheism and materialism. That’s why Manas is sacrificed at the Fourth Initiation. The problem is that it - as principle of consciousness – doesn’t fix at the achieved height as implemented one but, as a rule, it steals the energies of the high idea for its natural "lowland".

The young Russian nation does not have enough development of the Mind aspect, so it always "falls" from any height into the lower astral plane. And not without reason the following lines of the Russian poet: "Russia cannot be understood by the mind” has become so widely known. Communism measured Russia with the higher aspects of the mind and now capitalism is measuring it with the lower concrete mind. The Russian nation therefore especially needs the presence of Jewish "blood". It needs the stability of the Jacob's ladder which gives stability to stay on the antahkarana levels if a rapid ascent along its middle line takes place. The “flying up" of the Russian soul is vitally important for the materiality of the Jews and this unification is extremely important for the Second Coming of the Christ to be realized "without enemies".

Now it is vitally important to stay in a system where the national palette has the greatest variety. Then each nationality represents different levels of the antahkarana (the Soul) of humanity. That is, it is necessary to be in that place and in that community that has the most polyphonic and synthetic amount of energy even if manifested below. It is also important to be in the Channel of the Master who works through the synthetic principle of many-bloodness. The Soviet Union represented such a structure since the unification of its national parts was not based on colonial vampirism by the center of its metropolises but on the principles of universal brotherhood, even if yet formally proclaimed. On those principles which govern the Spiritual Hierarchy of our planet Itself.¹¹¹

The realization element is very strong in the Soviet egregor. I now understand why the Jews joined the revolution so persistently. They liked the fact that the highest idea of justice and equality would be implemented throughout the whole country, and they were delighted with that. It seems to me that the Soviet internality is the highest Judaic Covenant principle which is backed up by the Russian Soul and represents the Covenant of God with humans on Earth. In this way, we get the realization of spiritual principles in the world. Thus, while a Jew sees the quality of implementation only at the level of money and the Gentile indulges him or hates him for it instead of building the Ladder, humanity is doomed to degradation. When a Jew grasps (on an energy level of realization) that it is not the money that ensures salvation but a subtle material body of the Spirit - you cannot even imagine how he will clutch at it!

If it is not the case, a Jew does not hear anything. Whatever is said to him, he will still dig into the economy, into the money, into the dense reality - that is, into what he sees with his eyes. So that to feel the value of a subtle body respective to the money, he literally needs to "touch" this body.

And you, as the Gentiles, can pass through by faith, do you see?! And that one cannot live without the other. As St. Paul says in his epistle to the Romans: "Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also. Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law."¹¹²

It is the holding of the skirt of a Jew of "ten people of all the languages of all languages" who will say: "We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you", which is the reunion of the two parts of the soul in the new Life, the purpose of which is spiritualization of the sacral and kundalini centre, that is, of the couple and death. Turns out, it is connected with the Russians and Russia, governed by Aquarius. And in our country we see the revolution, internationalism, the Soviet way of life and lots of Russian-Jewish couples. All of them have intercrossed as never before, "... having put off the old man with his deeds; And having put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: here there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all" (Epistle to the Colossians of St. Paul, 3:11).

And it turns out that the First Ray is not Jewish, but Soviet. The Ray of Will and Power based on the soul and realizing the Covenant with the Third Ray - is the Soviet egregor. Do you remember in the Bible there are such people, the Sabeans? Reread Job, he complains that: "... My brethren have dealt deceitfully … they go to nothing, and perish", and "… the companies of Sheba waited for them. They were confounded because they had hoped; they came thither and were ashamed." We can say that the companies of ours, those of Sheba (Soviet) wait for the Jews (the brothers of Job). And our republics are the ten people of all the languages of all languages who clutched through the communist teaching of Marx (the Jew) at the "skirt of the Jew", at the Covenant, and became Soviet, that is, the Covenants. They received the Soviet Covenant of the Aquarian Age. And the prophet Isaiah also says: "... the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God" (Isaiah 45:14).

So, it means, a certain country which on the base of its ideology sets the task of proving the existence of God as a reality on gross material planes of being. Not at the level of the worldview, not on the principles of belief, but on the levels of physical existence. If we touch the Monadic Life then both male-female relations and political economy relations are affected by the Spirit. The monad then works with death. Why do we have the crossed sickle and hammer on our emblem - which is death - and a star above them as a victory over death?

Yesterday we listened to statements in the crowd of protesters on Pushkin Square. All these pseudo-revolutionists talk with craving about the same thing: "Bloodshed can’t be avoided!" It means that the Russian Gentile kundalini, if not connected with the Covenant, would anyway want bloodshed at the end (like Hitler). It will be so, because this is the duality of the soul. Of course, the latter is good, but it never reaches kundalini with its light, so, as a result Koschei in its foundation will want to kill.

Hence, our task now, as Soviet initiates, is to keep the impression of all symbols and internal meanings of the Soviet egregor in every possible way. Reread the Rule VIII (A.A. Bailey "The Rays and the Initiations"). It says that at the level of the monadic life initiates don’t make anybody understand anything directly. They just need to create accurate, powerful and understandable cliches that the population can perceive. Hence, our task is to try to return and to strengthen the Soviet Sound but in its proper sense by supplementing it with a high goal for which it would re-sound in a new way. This goal is a scientific and experimental proof of reality of the subtle-material divine nature within a human, for the sake of which, through revolution, a new country with advanced ideology was created, based on a group creative impulse, a great couple experience and consciousness that can attain immortality. This is the goal. It is revealed, and it is neither mythical nor utopian.

Someone says, "Well, we’ve been lied to for seventy years!" But what is seventy years when the Solar system is going through Aquarius for 2025 years? Both Christianity (Pisces), and Judaism (Aries), and the Egyptian religion of Taurus had evolved for the same period. And nobody said that a new egregor had to be fully established within 70 years. It is nothing at all – it is the period of one person's life. The first Christians had been also persecuted for a very long time. Here we must not despair, must not let ourselves be fooled. If we "hold on" in our truth and stand firmly on it - without despair - then the whole structure of the high cliche will hold out.

The Soviet is not only Jehovah's energy, it is not only Saturn, it is the constellation of Leo and the Great Bear. A pure Jew is a Saturn, but the line goes further from Saturn to a Rishi of the Great Bear. This is no longer the ordinary human good, and not even the Goodwill of the soul but the will-expressing Will-to-Good and the transition into the Light and Life of the Monad.

With energy training during life all the previous religious and methodological developments - all of them - flow into the Soviet egregor. Religions are simply put in these conditions, then their followers begin to experience their truth in a new way, and if they do not join the universal organism they only prove by their mutual separation and enmity that they are not right.

If we considered this process from the energy viewpoint we would understand that we were born in this egregor with kundalini which already knows how to meditate. We did not fall behind, as they think in the West, but on the contrary, we entered the Soviet experience already equipped with all the previous developments, saturated with spiritual experiment and proof of the reality of the Spirit, with the sustainability of the meditative Channel.

But in the long run it happened so that there was nobody "to keep the Ladder" above. An overturn of the Russian soul took place. Now they speak about the Tsar on Pushkin Square. This is a complete absurdity. And again the Jews are blamed for everything...¹¹³

... If now Russia literally doesn’t "clutch at the Jews" - at the Jewish realization principle in all respects: political, social, religious - then it’s finished as a state, it will go to the slaughter. It won’t "rise" anymore ...¹¹⁴
