Foreword to part II

The attentive reader will notice that the Master Djwhal Khul in his books correlates Communism with the Third Ray of Activity or Intelligence. Whereas in this part of the brochure - made up of books of Lyudmila Reznik - Communism is explained as a conductor of the First Ray of Will.

D.K. says that Communism is the ideology of Humanity itself. Since Humanity represents the third ray in the Humanity–the Hierarchy–Shamballa system so Communism correspondingly is the third ray ideology. But within Humanity – as a unified centre of Sanat Kumara - the Communist Idea is the First Ray conductor, because, being an Ideology of Humanity it synthesizes all the other ideologies - democracy and monarchy - within it. Realization of a true democracy and a true monarchy (as the rule of an enlightened monarch) is only possible within a society whose ideology will be communist. It is only in it that democracy can exist as a fully conscious choice of each person free of the pressure of money, lies and deception, and an implementation of monarchy is possible in the form of a completely unselfish leader using Will exclusively for the good of people.

This can be explained very simple: everything has its logical and energy sequence, and Democracy - as a symbol of governing of the Hierarchy in its true form - can only be achieved after externalization of the Hierarchy on the Earth which is possible only once Humanity realizes its own destination.

 The implementation of Monarchy - which is a symbol of reign of Sanat Kumara in Shamballa – is possible in its true form only after Humanity implements its Ideology. Due to it the externalization of the Hierarchy will become possible, and only after that the direct rule of the Lord of the World can be implemented.
